Required Documents for Document Verification

Candidates need to produce the following documents in original along with one set of self-attested copies before the designated Document Verification Committee:

  8. Bonafide certificate issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned Board/Institute for candidates who obtained the qualification from outside the UT of J&K.
  9. Order of preferences for various items (as per Annexure B) submitted offline to the document verification committees.
  10. Checklist sheet/form (as per Annexure C).
  11. Other documents as per Advertisement Notification.
