This round follows the first round of counseling held from June 10, 2024, to June 12, 2024.

The second round of counseling is set to take place from July 8, 2024, to July 10, 2024. The detailed schedule is as follows:

JKBOPEE B Pharma Second Round of Counseling
Eligibility for the second round of counseling includes several categories of candidates:
- Candidates with Allotted Seats: Candidates who were allotted seats in the first round and have joined their respective colleges/institutions are eligible. They must bring a copy of the fee receipt from their college for submission during the upgradation/allotment counseling.
- Candidates Who Missed the First Round: Those who could not participate in the first round for any reason are eligible to join this round.
- Candidates with CNA/SNA: Candidates who opted for CNA (Category Not Admitted) or SNA (Seat Not Allotted) during the first round are also eligible.
- New Participants: Candidates participating for the first time must deposit a counseling fee of Rs. 1000 through POS machines available at the BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar using debit/credit cards.

Documents Required for JKBOPEE Counseling
Eligible and interested candidates must report physically at the BOPEE office in Jammu or Srinagar between 08:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the scheduled dates. The following original documents are required for attendance and registration:
- Domicile Certificate
- 12th Class Marks Card (for candidates whose results are declared)
- Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Date of Birth Certificate (Diploma/10th Class Marks Certificate)
