How to Apply Online?
Step 1: Access the JKSSB Portal
- Visit the JKSSB official website: www.jkssb.nic.in
Step 2: Register on the Portal
- Click on the ‘Log-in (Apply on Various Posts)’ tab.
- Use a valid email ID and mobile number to create your login credentials.
- Validate your account using the OTP sent to your email.
Step 3: Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR)
- After registration, fill out the OTR form with accurate details.
Step 4: Fill the Application Form
- Click on the ‘Active Advertisement’ tab, then click ‘Apply’.
- Carefully fill in all the required information and click ‘SAVE & CONTINUE’.

Signature:
- Clear signature
- Size: 10 KB to 20 KB

Final Submission
- Ensure all fields are correctly filled before submitting.
- Once submitted, you cannot edit the form.
- If you make a mistake, you can cancel and reapply, but the fee for the canceled application will not be refunded.
Payment of Application Fee
- Modes: Net banking, Debit Card, UPI, Credit Card
- After submission, click ‘Pay Now’ to complete the fee payment.
- Ensure the fee status is ‘Submitted’ on your dashboard.

Do You Need to Submit a Hard Copy?
- No, only shortlisted candidates will need to submit a hard copy during Document Verification (DV).
Preference for Posts:
- Provide preferences for posts with the same pay level (Item Nos. 01, 02, 05, 06) as they will be considered if a combined examination is conducted.
Avoid Last Minute Rush:
- Submit your application well before the closing date to avoid technical issues due to heavy traffic on the website.
