Srinagar, May 25, 2024 — The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced a new date for the Skill Test (Type Test) for Kashmir-based candidates. Initially set for April 30, 2024, the examination was postponed according to the office letter No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/59/2023-04 (7257759) dated April 29, 2024. The rescheduled date for the Skill Test is now June 5, 2024, and will be held at NIELIT Srinagar.
Candidates should note that the Admit Cards issued for the original date of April 30, 2024, will remain valid for the rescheduled test on June 5, 2024. JKSSB has clarified that no additional opportunities will be provided for those who fail to appear on the new date.
Meanwhile, the Type Test for Jammu-based candidates will proceed as planned, with no changes to the existing schedule.
